Order Cancellation Window

• Customers may request to cancel an order within 7 calendar days of the order date, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
• Important: Once an order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled. If your order has already shipped, please follow our standard return process upon arrival.

Order Processing Time

• All orders require an average processing time of 3 to 7 business days before shipment.
• Order processing times are independent of total transit and shipping delivery times.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a valid return or exchange, please ensure:

• The return request is initiated within 14 calendar days of order delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) must be included inside the package.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, and undergarments
• Custom or personalized merchandise
• Perishable items or digital products
• Gift cards and promotional items

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our Customer Care Team at service@revolttribe.com to request a Return Authorization and confirm return instructions.
2. Securely pack your item in its original packaging alongside your proof of purchase.
3. Send your return package to our designated return facility listed below.

Return Shipping Fees

• Merchant Fault (Defective/Incorrect Items): If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item due to a Revolttribe error, please contact us immediately with product photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without charging any return shipping fees.
• Customer Preference Returns: If a return is initiated due to personal choice (e.g., wrong size selected, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs via their chosen carrier.

Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your returned parcel is received at our inspection facility, please allow up to 14 days for our team to inspect the condition of the items and process your refund:

• Credit / Debit Cards: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment card within 5 to 10 business days post-inspection (may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement depending on your bank).
• PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account within 5 to 10 business days.
• Store Credit: If selected or eligible, refunds can be issued via digital store credit codes sent directly to your email.
